• Christmas Pudding: spiced brandy-soaked fruit topped with vanilla brandy cream, in a dark chocolate shell
• Gingerbread Praline: spiced hazelnut gianduja with crisp gingerbread, in a milk chocolate shell
• Strawberry Pavlova: inspired by a classic Aussie pavlova, with strawberry pâte de fruit and vanilla bean cream in a white chocolate shell
