Shipping Policy
Here at M. A Chocolatier we put a lot of love into making our quality Chocolates and we strive to ensure you receive them in prime condition. We take the utmost care to prepare and package your chocolates for shipping and prefer to choose Express Shipping to get them to you as timely as possible.
All orders will be shipped on a Monday morning to avoid any delays caused by Weekend days.
All orders being shipped will be packed with a frozen Gel-Pack to ensure they keep cool during shipping.
We do not ship on Public holidays.
Return Policy
M. A Chocolatier cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our store, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
If at anytime you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at machocolatier@outlook.com with your name and order number and we will contact you as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to make your experience with us at M.A Chocolatier an excellent one.
Processing your order
All online orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order being placed.
All chocolates are made to order so will require a week from placing the order to prepare the chosen chocolates.
Once your order has been placed you will be sent an email confirming your order has been received. We will then process your order and send you another email once your shipping label has been created with tracking information included.
All Shipping orders will be shipped on a Monday. In the case where a Monday is a public holiday, the destination of the delivery will be considered before sending any chocolates on a Tuesday.
