Large Easter Egg
This Easter I have chosen a two very popular Chocolates from Valrhona.
JIVARA MILK - Grand Cru chocolate made from a complex blend of characteristic cocoas from Equador and Ghana.
Valrhona Jivara 40% milk chocolate has a distinctive flavour, both mild and chocolatey, unveils notes of caramel and vanilla enhanced with a touch of malt.
Creamy and chocolatey.
which I have paired with my freshly made honeycomb. Utilizing our local honey from Laura at 'That Local Honey' right here in Kiama.
Also, for the Dark chocolate lovers,
MANJARI 64% DARK- Grand Crus chocolate, Single Origin Madagascar. This chocolate unleashes the fresh, tangy and acidulous notes of red berries, with a delicious finish recalling toasted nuts and dried fruit.
I have included in this Easter egg, handmade Raspberry Pate de fruit, candied hazelnuts and marshmallow, so that every bite has something interesting in both taste and texture.
The Eater Eggs are packaged in a biodegradable Cellophane bag with the added luxury touch of my branded ribbon.
