New to the Chocolate Bar collection is a salted caramel filled Milk chocolate bar. 

Made with Valrhona Bahibe 46% Cacao Milk chocolate. With a high cacao content this milk chocolate strikes a perfect balance between the sweetness of the milk and the bitterness of pure Dominican Republic cacao grown by one of Valrhona's partner producers.

The salted caramel filling I enrich with Valrhona Jivara milk chocolate and add saltiness with a pinch of Maldon Sea salt flakes. 

This bar packs a punch of deliciousness with all the right ingredients to set your taste buds singing.

Also, with this new bar mold I am hand painting these filled bars to add a little something special.
